`ops route`

Ticket routing commands. Analyzes a ticket description and suggests the appropriate project or team to handle it.

Subcommands

`batch`	Route multiple tickets from a file

Analyze a single ticket description and suggest which project or team should own it.

Suggest a project owner for one ticket

$ops route ticket "Sling timeout when querying large CieTrade tables"

Route many tickets at once by reading them from a file (one ticket per line).

Route every ticket in tickets.txt and emit suggestions in bulk

Pair With classify

Use ops classify to determine what kind of work a ticket is (bug, feature, chore, docs) before using route to decide who owns it.
